I found after golfing 18 holes, I was stiff and sore when I got home. I needed something to loosen everything up after golf. I do about 10-15 minutes post round 5 times per week. I work on front of thighs, side of legs, back and even neck. Has proven quite valuable, I am 71 years old, can shoot my age regularly, and now can practice more with out post practice pain, because I know I can roll it out when I get home. I would recommend this to anyone , especially golfers. Only caution, when working front of thights, lift up a little as it can be agressive if full weight of legs is on roller, other than that all is good. Great product, thanks. Dix PGA Life Member.

I bought this foam roller just to help with muscle stiffness, especially in my legs, hamstrings and calves. It really helps to alleviate the stiffness and helps with restless leg syndrome. Since I have been using rollers for some time I found that is was not too hard of a roller. Maybe if you were new to foam rolling and have a sensitive body you may want to go with a softer version. The quality of this one was a ton better than another high density roller I purchased on Amazon and had to return. So far AMfit is holding up!!

My physical therapist recommended that I get a roller. When I got on Amazon, I chose this one because it is very firm and sturdy. I use it daily. In the little time that I have had it, I have found considerable pain relief doing the exercises that my PT has prescribed. It is very firm, so I use a towel over it to give me more comfort. I highly recommend this roller.

The reason why I am saying that is , the product is very hard for me. When I am laying down on it it is no pleasure. I am not sure if I will able to be use to with that. My body it is so sensitive so is not too easy for me. But I have a hope that will help me with my back and lower back pain.

If you are looking for something soft and spongy this is not it. If you are looking for something firm for support this is the item you want. Use this for keeping my knees bent for hip and leg lifting exercises and it works perfectly. Does not "give" when you put weight on/press down on it. I don't think I would use it for a "back and butt" roller unless you are very advanced-to me that would be the same effect as rolling on a wooden log...but for knee and leg support this is perfect.

My son has this for his torn rotator cuff and it has helped him immensely. They had me using it at my pt for my spinal surgery recovery but I've been out of pt since we closed with Covid last year. I just ordered this and it is helping me with my back strengthening exercises. It's lightweight, super sturd and it came within a day or two. The owner of the company is super helpful too. I was training for my first marathon last year and having a lot of back and leg pain. I went to Physical Therapy and my therapist recommended foam roller and to get the firmest and largest roller I could find. I decided on the AMFit high density foam roller and am so glad I made that decision. It is long and wide enough to work large spans of muscle without having to do a lot of maneuvering. It is a very firm roller which is helpful to be able to apply light to deep pressure. I have used it almost a year now and it still looks brand new. The roller has been a useful tool for me to be able to keep running at 60.

I truly enjoy this AMFit roller for my back. I'm 41 with a lot of back pain from working out. Chiropractic adjustments required travel and expenses. This roller adjusts my spine literally in less than a minute. I takes seconds for me to roll slowly back and forth on my back 2 or 3 times and I'm done for the day, and my back feels good. I was worried that it was not going to be sturdy enough. It turned out to be perfect.

The foam roller is nice and wide. The right kind of firmness for my back and hamstrings! It’s a little pricey but the quality seems good so I’m happy with this purchase.

My Osteopath recommended I get a foam roller. It really is a wonderful help for stretching and massaging the backs of my legs in particular. Yes, its super firm, but I'm able to just be careful with the pressure/weight I put on it
