These are fantastic. I’ve had stomach issues for 5 years and no other product has made a difference like this one. With SIBO, food sensitivities can be inconsistent, and changing diets aren’t always convenient. I appreciate that these can be bought without probiotics added so they can be taken with antibiotics. My sleep and quality of life have improved and my stomach is happier.

I have been purchasing not only these particular enzymes but other enzymes from this company for a couple of years now. Having celiac and other food intolerances, digestive enzymes are a part of my daily regimen. These products by far are the best. It is easy to swallow with no after taste and quite honestly helps with not having indigestion. Quite the opposite. They leave you not having bloat, indigestion, nausea, pain and daily use helps with constipation. The quality of this product is by far one of the best if not the best out there.

UPDATE June 2025: The company was kind enough to offer me a full refund. I am using the supply from the last auto shipment I’d received, with good effect and no issues (slight odor if I put my nose to them, but not wafting noxious by any means.) I think there may have a been a glitchy batch? (My friend also had a bottle that was unpalatable for her around the same time. But this batch is fine, and I think whatever it was has been remedied.) --- I have used these faithfully for years, and used to keep them on auto-ship because they were so effective. Something changed several months back. Not sure if it’s the formula or just the thickness of the capsule that changed, but the capsules smell aweful, which they never did before. I’ve also had to throw away a bunch of pills that started to show little dark/brown flecks or specks inside.. That flecks showed up both in 1 new bottle and 2 of the bottles I still had on hand (and wasn’t using as much of b/c of the smell.) I kept forgetting to cancel my autoship, but finally did so I only have a little back-stock now b/c these didn’t qualify for return or refund. (Not sure why.) I have not used the supply with flecks in it, but have continued to use the others despite the odor b/c I think what I’m smelling is just the enzyme odor coming through a thinner capsule. The scent of any good enzymes is pretty awful, so I hope I’m right about this. They seem to still be working ok for me, with no side effects.

My doctor told me about these enzymes and they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY. I will say I was skeptical at first. I’ve been taking these enzymes for a few months now and I kinda slacked off for about 3 weeks because I was doing so well and figured I’d be okay and let me tell you… I saw a difference. I now take them with every meal again and I’m feeling so much better. I learned my lesson not to stop something that is working. I have them on auto ship so I never run out. Note: it took me 2 weeks to see and feel a difference.

Digest Gold is what my registered dietitian suggested for meals. She asked me to take one bite, then take the product. She said if aids digestion and helps you absorb more of the nutrients. The capsules are smaller and easy to swallow but for those who don’t like pills you can always open your capsule into a liquid or a bit of food.
