We derive our carotenoids from Marigold flower and Blakeslea trispora. :)

Q: Why contains Maltodextrin ?!

Hi there, thank you for your question! We hear your concern about maltodextrin - it's something we've been talking to our customers about quite a bit lately. The first thing we like to mention is the difference between our maltodextrin and the traditional maltodextrin no one is a big fan of. Traditionally, maltodextrin comes from wheat and corn. Our maltodextrin is sourced from organic tapioca, which comes from the cassava plant, providing an entirely gluten and corn-free option for an important ingredient of ours. Our tapioca maltodextrin, though it's present in a small amount, is important to the Vitamin D tablet. It helps extend the shelf life of the Vitamin D so it's as effective when you use it as the day it's made. While that will likely stay a part of the formula for now, I've already passed your request to the team to look into. Whenever you have any concerns or requests, please send them over. Q: Is any ingredient grown in China?

Hi there, Sun-Kissed has ingredients from the US, Tunisia, China, and France. We source our ingredients globally, and all of our products are made in the US.
