These are exactly what I thought they were and they work great on callous on feet.

These things suck they are made cheap. Plastic breaks when trying to penetrate skin tissue

Decent tool
These curettes are used to remove benign skin growths such as seborrheic keratoses. A box of five sizes is optimal because skin growths vary in size.
