Pros: I liked how the pads were clearly labeled Cons: 1) One solder pad (A6) came off PCB while soldering and I was not applying force (see picture) 2) B side solder pins were not flush with pads, but curved away (see picture). Background: I am an Electrical engineer, and solder quite a bit for my job. Probability of a solder pad coming off on 1st try, very very low on good PCB, and much more probable on poor PCBs. They probably need to increase outer layer thickness, pick a better PCB manufacturer, drop on plated vias to hold the pad down, or slightly oversize vias and put extra solder mask over edges, or switch to a through-hole zig-zag instead of pads.

You can make it work, but it's not very easy. The solder pads don't stick to spdler very easily, and you don't have access to all of the pins on each side. If you ruin the power pin on one side because it's hard to solder to, you can't use the power pin for the other side because its solder pad doesn't exist.
