Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. I started this product hoping to curb my hot flashes....but about a 1 1/2 weeks into my 28 days I developed horrible hot flashes that would come every couple of hours. I had to quit with a week left to take. Definitely was not for me.

Horrible stop you in your tracks, full body internal heat waves. Insomnia, body aches, hot flashes. I had the whole lottery of menopause. I was so sceptical of any meds or supplements putting a dent in my suffering. Based on the reviews, I was like what the heck, I'll try anything, chanting, rituals, exorcism.
