Very pleased with this purchase. I had doubts about purchasing a refurbished high end camera. However the seller was very responsive in answering my questions and with follow up questions after the purchase. The camera is working just as advertised. I suggest doing your own research and understand what you’re buying, and ask questions. I found that this made the purchase more satisfying.

The camera looks as new, and it works perfectly. I've tested with two lenses, an 55-200 and an 75-300 (bouth Canon and EF mount). It arrives on time and good package. I'll tested more and tell you my results.

Cons: The only thing thats frustrating is the charger. It works but to get the battery in and out is difficult. Pros: The packaging had foam peanuts so it wasn't lose. UPS let me sign digitally since I wasn't able to get home in time to physically be there. And if I need to return it for any reason I have until Feb 2026 and i just got it 11/12/25. Doesn't get much better than that. That's good business.

First time buying something this expensive from Prime refurbished. I could not be happier with the experience. Camera arrived in pristine condition, in the original box with all accessories. Camera is also top quality, much more tham what a semi-proffessional photographer would need. Now on to a new set of Amazon refurb EF lenses!
