I recently tried the Datu Puti Cane Vinegar (Sukang Maasim) 33.81 fl oz and it quickly became a go-to in my kitchen. The tangy, slightly sweet flavor adds a nice depth to stir-fries, marinades, and dipping sauces — especially for Asian recipes. The bottle is generous and lasts a while, and the vinegar pours cleanly without splashing. It’s more intense and slightly sharper than typical white vinegar, so I use a bit less, but that concentrated flavor makes dishes taste more authentic. If you cook a lot of Filipino or Southeast Asian recipes — or just want a different kind of vinegar — this one’s a solid choice.

I am glad I gave this vinegar a try. It has a milder flavor than white vinegar, with a very pleasant finish and aftertaste. A really nice addition to sauces and dressings. Just a hint of tasty tangy. I will definately be ordering this again.

Nice vinegar for Asian & other recipes

I ordered this product to make a new recipe. It was delicious. I cannot image life without this product. I will make the recipe again and again

Works well for what I need it for. Lid is a little tricky to get off but otherwise, it's a good product

The vinegar is fine BUT the bottle was leaking!! At least it was in a plastic bag.

It has a slightly sweeter flavor than other vinegars, I've used it for marinade and cooking. Comes in large container so it will last for awhile.

I purchased this because I was told it is not sourced from corn. I have a severe intolerance to corn and other vinegars have made me feel ill. This one does not, I will be purchasing it again.
