These are great, I've always had trouble getting all of my veggies in, fruit is easy but veggies not so much so was really looking forward to trying these. I've tried all manner of vitamins and minerals over the years to help improve my diet and just feel healthier and none have had the same positive effect as the Natures Aid Superfood. I honestly feel healthier, I have more energy and I feel brighter and more alert. My diet overall is pretty good, I always try to eat healthy but I do on occasion have days where my diet could be better. I never have an issue with eating fruit but vegetables are what I don't get enough of, hence I now take the Natures Aid Superfood supplement. I absolutely recommend these to anyone, I'm so impressed I've recently subscribed to a monthly subscription.
