Slightly Misleading Advertisement
It's a good, flexible and durable ruler. Perfect to put in a shirt pocket for quick use. Just whip it out and you can measure anything, leaves, bisquits, drinking glasses, anything! Very convenient. That being said, the only claim I had is the way it is printed on Amazon.com! There it says "Wescott 18 $xxxx" When I see that, I see that I'm buying 18 of the item. So when it ame in that big ole envelope, I expected 18 of them to be in there. Imagine my disappointment when there was only ONE in the bag! Upon closer inspection, I now see that it's a Westcott Model 18... By not throwing "Model" into the ad, it alludes to there being 18 of them for the price. I was thinking how nice of them to sell them cheap enough for teachers to have a supply of them - and for people whose generosity knows no bounds, who purchase bargains like these to fill backpacks for needy kids. And so forth. Expecting 18 of them, and only receiving one. Such false advertising. Overt and blatant as it is, they need to clean that up. But it is a good ruler, after all....

Amazing little product but so hard to find
Years ago a friend gave me a couple of these that she had at her job and she had "acquired" along the way. Over the years I have used them to death, and recently decided to replace them, but they are so expensive. I bought them anyway. I use them for bookmarks and a straight edge for underlining and I keep them in whatever books I'm reading at the moment, usually several at a time. I love that they are flexible and can bend along with the book without breaking and they are thin and flat and do not leave a gap between pages like some thick book marks do. Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd and like my office supplies, but I would love for these to be more readily available and not so expensive.

Very thin, clear, flexible 6” ruler
Exactly what I was looking for, to replace one that I had years ago but lost. Very thin 0.025” and flexible. I use it as a bookmark and to underline passages and words in my Bible and other books. The chief drawback is it is very expensive. I will be looking for alternatives.

Well made, but expensive
It’s well made, flexibility and ease of reading were my requirements. It meets both, but the price (and I knew that also before purchase) was high in my estimation. I was house bound at the time, and needed one quickly. So, the price paid included quick delivery and the ability to have it when there wasn’t any other means at the time.

BuJo best friend!!
Do you bullet journal? You should get this ruler!! Notably: Very thin ruler- does not break bindings when you shove it in the spine, also fits in the pocket in the back. Flexible- if you are not at a writing desk, you can still draw perfect lines because it moves with the pages. I did a whole layout while laying on my stomach in the bed, you can't even tell. Also, ink doesn't seem to run under the ruler. I haven't tried it with Sharpie highlighters though, that ink seems to seep like crazy. Crystal clear- easy to use over existing layouts. It's thin and clear and possibly easy to lose, but the corners are sharp so you will definitely know when you find it. Does not fray the tips on your Staedtler fineliner pens! Seems like a long review for a simple ruler, but it is one of the best bullet journal rulers I have used. Let's see how durable it ends up being!! :)

I like having a small ruler when taking math/sciences classes. This ruler is cheap and does the job. It did come a little bit scuffed out the cover. I think it's really hard to keep this plastic scuff free, so you'll end up getting small scratches which is normal.

I was expecting something with a little bit of flex but this is incredibly flimsy. It's way too expensive. I'd expect to pick up this for 25c in a dollar store, and it's not worth the $4.65 I spent.
