Will these fit a Brother XL-2600i

I am not sure. They do fit the 6000i Brother machine

does the case and little booklet shown in the pictures come with the feet

Yes they do..the feet are placed exactly as shown on the paper in the case, so I make sure to put them back in the same spot. The case is nice along with strong foam for the feet to stay securely in place.
