My Peruvian chicken came out great!!

I used this in a lime cilantro sauce that we had on the side of roasted chicken and it was the perfect addition to my sauce. It adds a smoky earthy flavor that is so unique but delicious. I definitely recommend!

Si eres de Perú entenderas que no igual que un producto fresco sin embargo conserva todo el sabor y aroma de como si lo hicieras en cas y lo guardaras en la refri,, el precio es un poco elevado pero sale barato si quieres preparar algun plato que lo necesite como una papa a la huancaína .

This was my second time ordering this Aji Amarillo and Huacatay jars. The first order was perfect however my second order, both jars came unsealed and there is no option for replacement. It’s very unfortunate as they have good flavor but are unsafe to eat if the top is already popped up when you get them (As stated on the lid) At this point I would it recommend this product and I will have to look elsewhere to purchase.

Followed a recipe on line. The end sauce was to die for. It was just s good if not better than Iva Chicken’s sauce. Don’t eat this right out of the jar. It is disgusting. Added to cilantro and other ingredients and it’s amazing.

I watched "hot dish" with Franco noriega on discovery+ . He made Peruvian chicken with a green sauce and it uses this condiment. We loved it and it has become a staple in our kitchen. At first, as it was an unfamiliar flavor, it took getting used to but once we had it a second time we loved it. I used a little less of this sauce in the green sauce recipe than his recipe .

It's interesting. I purchased this to make mead, it worked very well and resulted in a really nice dry mead with subtle flavor. My sister in law is Peruvian, and I can hardly wait to get her feedback on it.

I bought this to make Peruvian green sauce and it does the job. I'm no expert but using recommended ingredients and following recipes has made a delicious sauce.
