Q: Can these be used more than once?

They are disposable, 1 time use only. They are great. Easy to use and painless. I have been using them about 10 months now.

Q: Can you put them loose in your diabetes supply pouch? or do they really need a carry case? I'm looking to reduce bulk for my son's supply kit.

I see no reason you cannot put them in your supply case loose. That is the way they handle them in my wifes nursing home. They are sealed until you twist the top off.

Q: Is one of them with a finer needle then the other?

Yes - the Blue has the finest needle and goes the shallowest depth. This Blue size is best for most people and especially people with delicate skin.
