I purchased this chocolate after watching one of those “3 Chocolate Experts Try Every Dark Chocolate” videos. This bar came out as one of the favorites and I can see why. The flavor is intense and deep, you can really taste the coco beans. It is perfectly sweetened for my taste but to each their own. My one complaint is the texture. It was grainy and did not melt in my mouth, as good chocolate should as it comes to body temp. I suspect this has to do with the warmer weather and this chocolate’s transit through the Deep South, causing it to arrive slightly melted. I had to chill it to reconstitute it so I’m sure that affected the chocolate tempering. I hope to get the opportunity to try this chocolate again, sans the melting.

Not worth $34.15 per pound! I don’t pay $10/ lb for beef! I expected more! White residue, guessing because of storage.

I'm not a dark chocolate fan so I can't personally vouch for it. I buy it for my husband. I've gotten a lot of different ones and this is his favorite. He likes the light sweetness and creamy texture.

I’m glad I can get this shipped to Saudi Arabia. I hope they make the chocolate chips available to ship here as well. We finally have our nut-free, soy-free, gluten-free chocolate that actually tastes like chocolate instead of sugar.
