Saute some chicken, carrots, peas (or add from frozen later), other veggies as desired. Dump in 2-3 packages of this veggie and spice mix, and you have a hearty meal. Which veggies is flexible based on whats left in your refrigerator. It can be served over rice or with flour tortillas or flatbread or pita. It's an easy hearty 3-4 meals with 80% of the work already done for you and tastes great. I just wish there were more veggies and less potatoes.

Quick serving of Spinach when I can't get it fresh. Excellent taste as well.

These used to be delicious, but the last two times I've ordered, the pouches had so much water content that it ruined my rice. Shame, these used to be so good.

I got these because the spicy version has been unavailable in my area for some time, and was here as well. These are mild, have a nice robust sauce, and they can be made spicy with my peppers or hot chili powders. I enjoy the consistency of these, they have a good mouthfeel as I eat them. Their ease of preparation makes them a great pantry staple for my home.
