My product delivered was in great condition. It's working fine. First time buyer of ultra. I hear a lot about about this ultra product as it's a long lasting. Hope it does the same. But only one cons, the plastic material seems little delicate. So hope needs to use carefully.

These people are the pioneers in wet grinders for a reason. The product is damn sturdy. A must to have in every kitchen. The power is so awesome that the batter gets ready in less than 40 minutes (whole process). Good one to have.
