Do not buy . It’s fake
Hi had placed a call for return , first thing is with help of reviews I ordered this product thinking that it will convert my hard water to soft water . But it isn’t doing it .And to my surprise for first 3 days usage I felt it’s actually making water soft , but it’s not .It is completely fake product at such high price . And I have no options right now .
