When u wear the small one in a big nose it very dangerous that it might enter to nose and choke ur wind pipe. Know ur size the right size u can see good results. It gives a good slimming shape when you wear it but taking it out is extremely stressful and it will scare the hell out of you ,i used it twice and the effects are good but extremely dangerous and can enter you nasal canals and cause issues dont buy it its not worth it
