Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle Large Fish Turner/Spatula, 4 Inch x 9 Inch

I’ve bought several sets of inexpensive griddle accessories here on Amazon and at Walmart. Frankly, I should just have spent the money and bought these first.The cheaper sets had too much flex, thinner metal, and deformed easily, making working on the griddle harder than it needed to be. They didn’t bend and flex, fighting me as I worked to stir-fry four pounds of meat and five pounds of vegetables. The edges are crisp, the metal thick and sturdy.While some folks say you should hand-wash these, I figured if they are used in restaurants (and I found them at restaurant supply stores online), those folks aren’t handwashing these. So, I’ve been throwing these in the dishwasher and after several washings, there is no sign of rust or oxidation.Side-by-side with the inexpensive tools I bought, the Mercer tools are sturdier and the metal is obviously shinier, higher quality, smoother, and polished to a sleek finish. The handles are comfortable and seem as if they will last forever.My only regret is that I wish I had bought these first. Accurate description, with all the sides being nicely beveled - no warping/bending in the body of the spatula, very level, manufactured great - not too heavy; not too light. Just perfect for any flipping occasion in the kitchen. Handle is very nice and commercial feeling. Very easy to hand clean, quickly under the sink. All around very nice, great medium duty spatula, built to last a long time...

Great quality product. We purchased the fish turner years ago, and it's holding up perfectly. This one is of very similar quality. Very happy so far.

I'm so satisfied when I use these spatulas. Yes they are a premium price, but they are quality. I use them as much as I can on all my cast iron equipment and my favorite use is taking out a reheated slice of pizza from my pizza steel :)Idk they feel so solid

Product appears to be well made and sturdy, but arrives with some slight damage, probably due to the poor packaging for shipping. The corners of the blade are slightly damaged, so I will have to grind them down a bit before I use it, or it will gouge my work-surfaces.

I bought this for skillet cooking, but of course the squared-off front edge does not work for a round pan. But this is a big, sturdy, and well-built spatula that works great on the grill.

Obsessed with this spatula. Thought it was my pans that were the issue with omelettes and chicken etc. sticking to pan. Nope, it was the spatula. This has changed my frying pan game from frustrating to super satisfying. Hope it does the same for you.

A little pricey for a scraper, but worth every penny. After dropping $300 on a cast iron insert for my Weber grill, I didn't want just any tools. You can tell by the feel and sound (like a Japanese Steakhouse ting, ting, ting)they are high quality. Edge is perfectly straight so you don't gouge any surfaces with the corners.
