Not all Yirgacheffe coffee beans taste the same and this is certainly somewhere near the top of line. I don't care much for the packaging so I suggest an airtight place once you open the bag. I use Planetary Design for this and it works well. I always preferred the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shops to other chains (like Starbucks) and the bag of beans here is no exception. It has a smooth yet robust flavor and it worked well in french press as well as in pour over styles of brewing for me. I'm fairly 'high maintenance' when it comes to coffee but this one is...Approved!

I like strong dark coffee. But must also have an enjoyable taste. This is a good Brand that offers a great flavor profile but lacks a bit in the strength department. This is a good beverage for me on weekends but I will stick to my preferred Brand in weekdays

Smells AMAZING, tastes so good, and gives me the perfect amount of energy boost. Bali blue moon is PERFECT.

Light roast is my preferred roast and this is not. If anything, it’s a medium. Still, I decided to give it a try having spent the money on it and will occasionally go for medium in a pinch. Well, the flavor is… okay. Nothing special, a pretty average coffee I would say is similar to what you’d get in an average restaurant.
