No, its a USB A to mini-B (5-pin cord). This will work with any rechargeable TI graphing calculator in existence with a rechargeable battery. Pretty much anyone made after 2010. NOT the ones that run with AAA batteries.

Does this work with the TI Plus CE Silver Edition? I noticed a couple other reviews stating it did not work for them.

YES. It does with with the TI-84 Plus CE, It charges every TI graphing calculator with a rechargeable battery pack. There is only one charger for any current or past TI graphing calculator with a rechargeable battery. TI NSpire CX, or TI-84 C, CE. The other charges from other companies are just generic copies that are paying amazon to advertise them. These are just mini-B (5 Pin) cables with a USB wall charger, we get these from TI. Getting harder to find, but thats what they are.

Am I going to get the adapter with it? That's all I really need.
