Can these be taped on a wall?

Yes they can be taped to the wall. They hang by a string and you can tape the string to the wall.

I want to use these in my classroom. Do the colors fade over time?

I used them in my classroom for a year. Lots of light. Never faded.

Are they colored on both sides?

Fans are great. Colored all sides. And if you hold them open with paperclips and tie bows with the strings not knots and put the tape on the strings not the paper or tie them to hang them, you can undo them and fold them back unopened and store them to use over and over.

Which country are these made in ?

I didn’t look at manufacturer. I’d guess China or Mexico.
