How long should I keep the color on? And is it true that you start with other hair before you color roots with satin color?

I start with my roots first always because mine are lighter just as you would with grey hair. 20-25min for regular hair 40min for silver, box has directions. Their 4N is the most natural 4N Ive always used. Also don't do your ends every coloring, I place color on my ends the last 10min of every 3-4th coloring or less to avoid blackening ends.

Where can you see the expire date?

it's on very end of tube bottom part. However, sometimes it's not punched clearly and not in a format of a date, they sometimes put a code. you have to go to their website and ask. Developlus.com

Can you use this with other developer?

I only use Satin Developers as I don’t have the scientific knowledge to determine whether the chemicals in the individual products can be combined if not of the same brand.
