This is currently one of my top 2 hot sauces. Okay, it's actually my number one now that I think about it. I haven't used any others in my kitchen in months. It is very HOT and you only need a tiny drop or two for heat and flavor. Depending on personal preference. I can eat spicy food, but this is HOT...and I love it. The garlic flavor and heat is top notch. I'm addicted to this. It's great on meats, rice, mix in with homemade dips, soups, etc. I hope this never gets discontinued. This smells good, tastes good and has a good *shelf life* but not as long as regular grocery store hot sauces that my be good for 2 years for example. **Note that this needs to be refrigerated after opening.

I got this for my wife who loves it spicy. She puts this on everything and she is very pleased with how spicy and flavorful itis. After she did research into the company and told me their mission is flavor first then the spice. She found another version that was sweeter and the heat levels were great! Return customer for life!!!

I really enjoy this hot sauce; it has a nice flavor profile and a good amount of heat for it to contain no extract. You can definitely taste the garlic in the hot sauce, which is a really nice addition on wings or to mix in some marinades. I've been using it on just-cooked veggies and meat to add some heat and flavor, so overall it's a well-rounded sauce. I'll likely buy this product again or try another variation by the company in the near futur

First off, my heat tolerance is pretty stout. At Buffalo Wild Wings, my favorite plate of wings are alternating a Blazin wing followed by a Mango Habanero wing at a casual dinner pace. I have a had time finding sauces that actually bring some heat (to me) without tasting all chemical and nasty, but this stuff does the trick.The heat builds a bit during the first few bites, but not as much as I expected. It's a nice smooth heat that just fills out my mouth very nicely as opposed to shooting straight to the back of the throat like some do. As always with hot sauces, go easy and build up 'cause if you're not a big hot-head, this can really sneak up on you fast!The taste is pretty decent. It's not the best I've ever tasted at this heat level, but with the top ingredient being Carolina Reaper and the second being garlic, it really does have a pretty good flavor - especially taking into account that most sauces at this level use extract, which makes them taste a bit too 'chemical' for my taste. This doesn't taste like chemicals/extracts at all. You can taste the Carolina Reaper, garlic, and a little bit of vinegar, but that's about it. Pretty solid stuff for tacos, burritos, etc... Right now I'm eating a bowl of chili with probably a heaping spoonful of sauce in it and it's delish! It's just enough heat to make me slow down a little bit and enjoy it.

As far as really hot sauces go, this one had the best flavor. It's not mouth blistering but rather good heat with great flavor. When I say good heat, I mean for people who really try all levels of hot sauce and enjoy hot sauce. Not the I like it medium kind of people. Just read most reviews...they didn't lie. It's good.

I'm not even sure where to begin. I have seriously been blow away by this sauce, in more ways than one! I'll start by saying that I LOVE hot sauce, in all shapes and sizes, but I especially love sauces that that taste great, have a lot of heat, are versatile, and keep me wanting more. This is that sauce, in spades.Positives.- The sauce has a great consistency. It is a medium thickness, not thick enough to get clogged up in the neck of the bottle, but thick enough that it is not just going to spill all over when you try to pour it. It is fairly easy to dose out, which is important with a sauce this spicy.- The smell is not overwhelming. This is nice because my wife is sensitive to smells and will often make me eat in another room if I put hot sauce on my food (most of the time, it's worth it).- The ingredients. Oil based, no fillers, just goodness.- The taste. There is a great meeting of flavors in this sauce and if you were to taste it on its own, you can taste the slight hint of garlic (it's not overwhelming), the tang of the lime and mustard, and of course the sweet heat goodness of the reaper.- I really do put this stuff on everything, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, soup, crackers... you name it.The bad.- This stuff is pricey. This is the most I have spent on a hot sauce. I will say that even though it is pricey, it has lasted for a while and in my opinion, worth the price paid.I have recommended this sauce to several of my friends, and anyone that has tried it has liked it to varying degrees. It is not the hottest stuff out there, but honestly for the taste and the heat, it is one of the best around!
