Excellent product - follow the instructions.
I used two coats on new marble tile and let it sit for three weeks per the TDS before using the bathroom. After using the shower, we have no picture framing in the tile. Seems to have worked. Super easy application with a lambskin applicator. Be sure to wear your organic vapor respirator and turn on the bath fan during application - this is noxious stuff.

Great sealer!
We have used this before to seal tile floors where moisture was seeping up through the grout. It did a great job! This was also the product that contractors used when my quartz counters were installed, and they also used it on my marble dining room table.

Excellent Sealant
I recently had white granite installed and pretty much if you let air hit it it temporarily stains/permanently etches/permanently discolors.I figured wrapping it in Saran Wrap to protect the counters from my family might not be the best thing.Enter Dry Treat.I read the very clear directions and sealed the countertops. (I tested it first, otherwise I'd have had a stroke over how dark the counters got before returning to their natural color.) It was very easy to do with a spray bottle, painters tape and plastic to cover the wall, faucet etc. Extra dried on sealant came off very easily with a spray of wet sealant and a bit of elbow grease.Things I've noticed:•water no longer penetrates causing several hours of dark discoloration.•oils still permanently stain BUT instead of causing an almost instant stain, it takes several hours of an oil sitting on the counter before the stain is permanent. (Thx hubby)•jellies, red wine, fruit spills no longer require 911 calls as it wipes right up.The first few weeks of New River White granite without Dry Treat were anxious ones; with 3 permanent stains. Whatever the granite fabricator used to 'seal' it on site was useless.Photo:Left side is untreated cutting boardRight side is treated countertop

The product was not sealed.
I hope that this product works as advertised. I use part of it on my new kitchen granite countertops. I didn't like the fact that the product was not sealed when I received it and no way to know what is inside.

Expensive, Smelly, but WORKS
We used this on our honed marble counters. We've had marble before, but this particular slab seemed very porous compared to the counters we'd had in our previous place. Those were also polished, which I think helps with the staining. These new counters were showing every water spot, and every drip of oil was staining them! We wish we had ordered the sealer and sealed them immediately, but based on our prior experience we didn't expect them to be so porous! We cleaned the oil stains by letting a combination of hydrogen peroxide and backing soda sit on the stain for 24 hours. When we applied the sealer we had to be out of the house, with all door and windows open and fan on, because the fumes were very, very strong. We applied and re-applied per the directions, and now our staining issues are totally gone. The stone is not impervous (an unnoticed spill of coffee under our coffee maker created a stain, but it sat there for probably a week, and we were able to lighten it with the aforementioned strategy). 98% of spills, even if they sit for 24 hours, have come up with no staining which is quite an improvement and we are very pleased and relieved that this sealer works so well.

Worked Great on Marble Backsplash and Existing Granite Countertop
I looked around at floor and decor home depot the normal places but none of them sell the best sealer on the market that all the pros use. I am not sure why but after speaking to 2 of my buddies who do tile and backsplash and stone for a living they all said all the pros use dry treat stain proof. I used it on my back splash first before grouting like the print out instructions said. I then did another two coats after grout was on and dried for a day. This stuff puts almost a invisible shield on anything you use it on since it goes into the stone. I then did my granite countertops to freshen up the seal since they are 8 years old. Put it on and worked like a charm did 4 coats just because I had enough left. I still have 30% of the bottle for future uses to re seal again shouldn't need to though with there long warranty but highly recommended

TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC
I missed the return date by 3 days. When I read the label, I was appalled. HIghly FLAMMABLE, skin irritation, FETAL HARM, GENETIC DEFECTS, may DAMAGE FERTILITY, may damage organs. Basically need HAZ MAT suit to apply. YIKES!!!

It comes not sealed from the factory! It comes with just a bottle top closed
Seals granite very good and the granite store recommended this brand only. The factory stated it does not come sealed with a cover that you have to pop open as I read lots of comments on the reviews saying it wasn't sealed. It's not supposed to be and call icp who is the manufacturer to confirm.
