Gets the Job Done
A little smaller than I thought (my fault for not reading the description) but it still works for what I want. I wanted to make sliding "done" "not done" lists for my kids and these worked great. Very strong magnet, nice and thick material so it doesn't feel like it will break. The only complaint is that they come covered in like dust on the rubber (not hard plastic). I had to rub each one down with a towel. I assume it is just manufacturing but still a little annoying, not enough for me to take away a star though. :)

Look good, yes they were a little warped from delivery ...
Look good, yes they were a little warped from delivery but flattened out on my magnetic board easily, no cardboard came with but that's exactly what it states! Good stuff

Does not come with paper inserts
Does not come with paper inserts, so these are more work than I would prefer. But then again, I'm fairly lazy. They do the job and hold my sad, hand-cut paper blanks fine for the most part, but it's hard to be very precise by eyeballing the cuts, so the inserts are normally a bit small, and want to fall out, or are a bit large and look wrinkle-y. But I'm using them to label drawers on a metal tool chest, so they work fine for me.

Work as expected, excel helps with paper.
Magnetic enough for my white board and file cabinets. Using excel, go to the Page Layout view, set all margins to 0. Then go to the view tab, and 4x12 grid to one sheet of (8.5x11) paper and set the width of 4 columns to 2.0 inches, and the height of 12 rows to about .87 inches -> .86 is pretty loose, and .89 causes the paper to bow slightly inside the magnet. Give the 4x12 gird borders on all edges. !! Be sure you only print the pages that you have squares on. Sometimes it seems that messing with the Page Layout likes to try to print the entire spreadsheet (thousands of pages).

Soft, flimsy, and thin. *****Beware of the picture - these do not include the labels***
Average quality, would've paid more for a better product, very flimsy, soft, flexible thin magnet. We bought these to put on steel warehouse racks :( Also was disappointed when the product arrived and there were no paper inserts included with this item, as the picture clearly shows in two of the holders.... when I went back and read the "fine print" of the product description it did say " to hold in cardstock labels, sold separately" ---- ok, but please change the picture.

Worked just as I had hoped
Worked great for kids to move their magnets onto different sign-in/out boards as they rotated through activity stations. We used these with the color-coded card inserts for different grade-levels in our program. We covered the inserts with clear labels, and they lasted for the entire school year. The name cards were big enough to be read easily, but the magnets were small enough to fit onto tray-sized magnet boards to become portable rosters for each group's counselors.

Perfect
The slips didn't stay in very well but great size.

Good magnet, no card inserts, but a better product than expected.
These actually turned out better than I thought they would. But there are no inserts (lose one star)! You have to make your own. If you don't have cardstock that you can use on the printer, use the back of old business cards. These are strong enough to attach to wire desk organizers!
