I have purchased and given away over 4000 of these pens in honor of Liz Hurley, WAFF CH 48, that gave me advice on what to do about my Prostate Cancer. Over 25 years later I'm still here and the compliments on the pens keep coming ever since I started giving them a little over a year ago. It took me almost 25 years to find a quality product to give in her honor. Last night, February 17th, I was a guest of one of the artists that performed at the Grand Ole Opry and gave them a 36 box of the pens. It was the first time that most of the pen recipients received one. The pens stole the backstage events due to the quality and how great they write. Thank you Uniball for your Breast Cancer pens.

We used to get these great pens at Costco, but they stopped selling them. Then we found them on Amazon and at a better price and we are both (my better half and myself) very happy!! Thanks Amazon!!!!!

I have used these pens for several years and they are great. It is cheaper to buy new pens than refills? So I buy the 36 package to last me a few years. I Like the Medium Point Black.

My favorite pens! They write so smoothly and have such a good price for the amount! I love these! The ink does not smear and comes out consistently. Comfortable grip and smooth writing!!

MAY 20, 2009 UPDATE TO REVIEW A strange thing happened after I wrote my original review: I became more satisfied with the Uniball pen that is the subject of this review. The blue color, which is my favorite color, seems darker, which is the way I like it. Now, it seems almost as dark as the line produced by the Pilot pen that I said I preferred. In addition, the Uniball pen is now skipping less. In other words, I now believe these two deficiencies are so minor that only the most critical pen users are likely to perceive them. Therefore, I am upgrading my assessment of this pen from 4 stars to 4.9 stars. I still prefer the Pilot pen, but I suspect that most people would enjoy using either one. And if you like a pen with the least amount of friction between the pen and the paper, this pen is probably great for you. The rubber grip on the Uniball pen is larger in diameter, so if you like a fat pen, try it. I bought the Uniball pen from Amazon before learning it is also available at my local Wal-Mart at a lower price, where the Pilot G-2 pen is also available. I should probably mention that I use the pens with the .7 mm line width because I find that the pens with a finer width, such as the .5 mm line width, tend to dig into the paper and write with a gritty feel and a less consistent line. ORIGINAL REVIEW OF THIS PEN (IN .7 MM LINE WIDTH) This pen is good, but unless the paper you are using is absorbent, the line that it produces is somewhat inconsistent, with occasional, very brief skips. And occasionally, the line has a lighter color in the middle of the line than at the edges. The color of the blue ink is not as dark as I like. This pen writes very easily, with almost no pressure required to produce a line. The rubber grip is comfortable. The metal clip is attractive and does a good job holding the pen in your shirt pocket. I prefer the Pilot G-2 pen in the .7 mm line width because the blue ink is darker, and the line is more consistent, with very little skipping. The Pilot pen requires slightly more pressure, but it also writes easily. The Pilot pen has a plastic clip that does not hold the pan securely in your shirt pocket. The Pilot pen has a rubber grip that I like even better than the rubber grip on the Uniball pen.

Writes really well, only smudges if you're rushing. It's got good grip and balance in my tiny hands. The ink is more of a teal color than my other darker (navy-ish) blue pens of different brands.

Yesterday at my doctors office, they gave me this pen to fill out my paperwork. I loved the way it wrote so smoothly with a nice dark ink color. So rather than snitch a pen 😄 I immediately went on Amazon to order a pack. I was overjoyed to find that there was a limited time special price. Believe it or not I got 36 of these uni-ball 207 pens for under $18! I believe they are close to that price for 6 or 12. If you are looking for a great pen, I highly recommend this one. I do a lot of writing every day and this one not only writes smoothly, but also has a comfortable grip. Amazon offers this pen in a number of configurations but grab this 36 count for just under $18 deal. It says limited time.

Look great, feel great, last a good few weeks with every day use. I have received many compliments on my pen and how nicely it writes! So far only 1 out of maybe 10 has broken. Needs a few minutes to dry otherwise will smudge.

These were my next attempt at finding the perfect pen after enjoying my Sharpie stick finepoint 0.5mm permanent markets for the past year. My gripe with the sharpies was that you couldn't write on carbon copies, and this would mean I needed a second pen for that. Otherwise, they were perfect. The Uniball 207's have a great form-factor design that feels really good in the hand for long periods of use. The metal side buckle feels sturdy, and the spring depressor has a very satisfying click. The ink has flowed very well in the first few days of use, and I haven't seen any issues with consistency yet. I will update the review if I get any blotching or dry spells during use. 0.7mm is a reasonable size for writing small enough for note taking, but still thick enough to be legible through fax. This seems like a good all around pen for me. Good thing, I have 36 pens to get through...!

My absolute favorite ball pen ever. Been using it for many years. I write a lot, and this pen does not need any friction to leave ink on the paper, which is easy on then hand, if one writes a lot. And the ink can be ordered as refill, rather than purchasing new pen each time the ink is gone.
