The mats are very much worth the money. They give you even baking when making diffrent pastries. I love how easy it is to clean and would recommend these mats to amyone who loves to bake. They dont get any stains and are easy to clean

They're great and were perfect with making my macarons, didn't stick and cleaned up super easy, they dry very fast. But the one thing that makes me drop the rating down is that when I was putting them up I noticed that on the long side that there were some fine threads that I realized were from the fiberglass that make up the mat. The edges of the mat are not finished completely and so there was fiberglass just poking out. I trimmed it off and if there was any doubt about what the material was, the sound that the scissors made as I cut those fine threads told me it was something other than some stray silicone. It should be fine but it's still an annoyance; no one wants to get fiberglass in their fingers just from handling a silicone mat.

I have bought this type of baking sheet from John Lewis and these are just as good if not better as they have guides for sizing cakes and biscuits. You get 3 in the pack which makes them good value.
