Easy to mount, works great, but not very durable
I really don't have any major complaints for the price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my bike fell over with the kickstand, and it broke the handle literally 2 days after installing it right at the mount.

Cable Doesn't Fit
Bought this to refresh my '82 Yamaha XT200 but the original cable just doesn't fit into the opening. The hole wasn't deep enough and the slot wasn't wide enough. I filed and Dremeled until the cylinder went in but the slot still wasn't wide enough and the cable ferrule bound up, couldn't pivot. I returned it and reused my old lever with some fresh paint on it. Much better, my old lever's pivot is crisp compared to this new part's sloppy, wiggly lever. Not sure how this became an Amazon-recommended part. Maybe OK for cheap mini-bike but not a real motorcycle.

Works great, easy to change
My son hit a tree and broke his brake handle thing on his dirt bike. I was able to change this all by myself, with only having watched a YouTube video!… I am a woman with no car/bike fixing knowledge!
