I purchased this ceiling fan and light in September 2021. it has such a sleek, contemporary look and I was very pleased with it. Recently, the light stopped working and I contacted the seller for help in this matter. The seller was very prompt in responding to my message. They sent me a new light kit which I received today and installed it. It solved my issue. Not only were they prompt in responding to me but they were also very courteous. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This product performs great with one exception, the Bluetooth speaker. It appears the Bluetooth speaker only connects when the light is turned on. If we turn the light off by the remote the Bluetooth disconnects which means we can’t listen to anything with the fan on in the dark. Is this supposed to happen this way?

I like how this fan looks like an ordinary room light but when the fan is on it is not loud and is a great fan. Remote is very efficient and relatively easy (as fans go) to install. Great addition to my home office.

I've had this product for over a year and it's worked fantastically. The LED recently went out, which was a bit sooner than I expected, but the fan itself works great, was easy to install, very quiet, and has given me no problems otherwise.

We love the way the Fan retracts and is very quiet. Customer service is great!

However we installed it, it worked for one day My! The next day it came on briefly now no light again. This really needs to get figured out and fixed.My light on my ceiling fan quit working, it flickered several times and quit.Please help. i received a response on the same day and was promised a new light assembly, if and when that happens I will happily give this company 6 stars!!!I am quite frustrated at this point!!!!You sent a replacement light and power box, now we literally have to push the light button 30 to 40 times before the light comes on. This is ridiculous are you going to stand by your product or not!!!I pushed the button to turn my light 96 times to no avail I am really tired of this!! At what point are you going to take care of this?!!!!

Like: Easy installation. Fan body is solidly built. Fan blades spin out and retract flawlessly. "Silent Motor" is not dead silent but noise level is not disturbing my sleep.Dislike: (1) Found multiple dents/scratched on the plastic lampshade when received. (2) Its LED light is not as bright as the original LED ceiling light (3200 Lumens) this fan is replacing, seller should have posted that info for buyer comparison. (3) When changing fan/light setting with the remote control, there is a loud "beep" sound, quite disturbing/annoying to me. (4) Seems this fan is not reversible, only spinning one direction.I contacted seller for the above dislike, waiting for their response.*************************.Seller responded promptly to my concern. (1) they have Fedexed me a lampshade replacement as I typed (2) nothing they can do on the loud beep side as that’s the component by their supplier (3) fan is not reversible as they posted in their product description, that should be an oversight on my part.I Will continue my UAT testing, the fan looks very nice and function pretty well. But if I return it for a reversible one, I would like to deal with them again.
