What a Home cake baker needs.
I it. It can hold up to 100 pounds of cake flour which is Awesome. Had this for 4 years now and just as happy and when I first received it. Plus, my cake flour stays nice and fresh.

Lid can slide off. But good product.
I use this product for flour, I very much enjoy its size, im debating buying another one. My only concern is the lid. On a few occasions I have shut the lid and come back later and seen it on the floor. It tends to slide off if it isn't on perfectly because of the way its designed. As far as the other functions, it was easy to unbox and assemble, and it rolls well. Came to me undamaged and appeared clean right off the bat. Overall pretty happy to have a mostly reliable large flour storage container.

These are much bigger then I anticipatedThey would be good in a restaurant or for something in the garage like a 50lb bagof birdseed or driveway salt or something along those lines , maybe cat litter

Requires some assembly like screwing in the wheels. Takes a few attempts to get the top to latch on properly but no big deal really. Easily holds 100 pounds of flour. Rolls effortlessly and really wide opening for scooping.

What is this atrocious chemical smell.
I just got home and the boxes were delivered outside. One boxes was pretty beat up, the 2nd was fine. As I opened the box, the most atrocious chemical smell gave me an instant headache. While I am outside in a nice breeze. Not happy... These are suppose to be food grade. No way would they fit in my sink nor dishwasher, and most importantly I do not feel they are safe for food grade storage. They cannot be safe. Not even opening up the rest of the way. They were not cheap and I am so disappointed.
