I don't understand the negative reviews of this item. I was given these in the hospital recently and these are what they gave me for the other type of incontinence. They worked so well that I found myself in need of them again and saw that Amazon had them. I quickly placed an order for them. These work so well for other types of incontinence, prevents leakage and they hold everything in and are easy to clean up for disposal. They aren't exactly odor free, I wish they had some fragrance but their ease of use made me make another purchase when I was out of town.

Perfect for my elderly mother. VERY absorbent. We have a subscription for auto delivery for a few months now. No leakage, great fit true to size. No perfumed smell. The elastic is very comfy for her.

Sizing off, poor quality appearing cheap. Absorbency decent. Better products available at same price point.

I have sensitive skin and this product really prevents irritation and is very absorbent. But the sizing is weird and not always consistent. Size L-XL waist goes too high but width of bottom just barely wide enough. I have all this stuff bunched at the too high waist so ordered L which actually fits my hip measurements. Waist ht fine hip too narrow. Always feel a little uncomfortable as far as fit. Im an average size american. These seem to be made for someone with a completely flat bottom.

The XL is a better fit for me. They are pretty nice to use, work well and keep my bed dry most of the time.

I am very, very disatisfied with this product. The underwear is paper thin and some even have holes in them. I am sorry to say I don't reccomend this product . t

Good absorbency. Work well for over night.

wife has Alzheimer’s Dementia and a bowl problem to go with it. This pull up works good for containing the waste products and she is comfortable wearing them
