That's a very specific question because alot of different company's make great amps. The Skar rp4500.1D mono block amp would be a good match, they could probably take a little more power even. If you run that amp you will have to add a second or third battery with an upgraded alternator in your ride. I had one of these subs taking 1900 true watts @ 1ohm no problem .

Will this work with a Rockville dB 11 1400peak350w rms ohm mono car amp?

I ran this speaker with the Skar Audio rp1500.1d mono block at 1ohm and it took it like a champ. That Skar amp actually Dyno tests at over 1800 true rms watts as they under rate their oroducts. I believe that Rockville amp you have will work but won't be enough power and won't do the sub any justice.

Could a hifonics bxx.1200.1d brutus amp handle a 2ohm 10 inch 1500 (1000rms) skar subwoofer?

Absolutely! I Had one ddx10 dual 2ohm wired to 1ohm running the Skar rp1500.1d and that amp I believe pushes 1836 actual watts at 1ohm and that sub could have taken quite a bit more, so yeah Skar usually under rates their products. This is probably the hardest hitting 10 I've ever had. You could make money betting people and telling them it was only one 10, they wouldnt believe you lol. Good luck. I have the ddx-15 in my Tacoma now and I think I'm going deaf....huh?

Are they shallow mount at 5 inch

The magnet is huge. Cant remeber the specs but its definitly not a shallow mount. Nice sub but i have a single one in a custom under seat fiberglassed box. @1200rms and it clean but not impressive at all.
