What is the correct pv input voltage max? The pictures say 100, the “technical data” says 18-48, the chart above the description says “max 150v”

Maximum open circuit voltage solar panel (Voc): 18V-48V (12V battery system) / 36V-96V (24V battery system)
You said that the 18V-48V is for a 12V battery system. The maximum open circuit voltage in a 24V battery system can reach 100V.

Bought one on july, the load always turns off at dawn even when evening scheduler setting is 24h. is this a defect? replacement or repair?

Q: Can someone explain how to set evening interval and dawn? I have a 400W solar panel & I want to draw power night and day.

A: Set time mode: 
24H = normally open mode; 
00H = light control mode (charging in the daytime and supplying power to the load at night);

Example of setting method for dual time control mode: 
03H + 05H + 02H = dual time control mode (charging in the daytime, supplying power to the load for 3 hours at night + suspending the power supply for 5 hours during the midway + supplying power to the load again for 2 hours); 
03H + 08H + 03H = dual time control mode (charging in the daytime, supplying power to the load for 3 hours at night + suspending the power supply for 8 hours during the midway + supplying power to the load again for 3 hours); 
Q: Evening 24 hrs..what is that used for 
A: Time setting: 
Battery normally open mode = 24 hours power supply; 
00H = light control mode (charging in the daytime and discharging the battery at night); 
03H + -- H + -- H = lighting control mode delay 3 hours (charging in the daytime, battery supplying power to the load for 3 hours at night) 
Example of setting method for double time control mode 
04H + 06H + 02H = 4 hours of light control delay + 6 hours of suspension power supply to the load + 2 hours of power supply to the load (the time is in this rotation)

Question 3

Every now and then the controller just hangs up and has to be reset to function properly. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem  it’s overheating not overloaded. The fans don’t always come on when they are supposed to. I set up an external fan blowing over the heat sink. No more problems now

How do you reach customer service. Product stopped working after 4 months can get any information on the warranty. Anyone have info regarding customer
