I have the Manta, (greatest toy ever!) and it started not taking a charge, and not holding a charge.The charge lights started acting different than they were supposed to, and it never seemed to get fully charged, and always died too soon - sometimes within just 20 minutes. I was about to purchase another Manta at $140, thinking the battery was bad, but then I remembered seeing this charging cable and thought it was certainly worth a try for only $13, and it worked perfect! Problem solved. Charging is back and battery life is back!I did some Googling on the issue and some mentioned the cord getting short circuited, etc. I have a metal touch lamp on my nightstand where I charge this thing and when I take the charging cable off it would often stick to the lamp, while still plugged in! I also would use the cable to charge another item which is not the best idea. So now I only use it on the Manta, I make sure the writing side is up when I put the charger on (if that matters) And I always unplug it from the wall before removing it from the Manta so that there is no power going through it that could cause it to short out again.

I bought this for a toy that I loved and could not find the charger anywhere. I took it out the box, plugged it up, and it charged my toy!

Works just like the original

Doesn't work at all. The magnets are wrong so it doesn't attach to anything. Trying to get it to connect fried my battery. So annoyed. Don't waste your money. If gove it 0 if I could.
