turned on unit, no display and c.v. and c.c lights flashing alternately?

Return the unit, sounds like a failing resistor in the control circuit that controls the switching power supply, but not sure….until the power supply is put on the repair bench….best of luck!

Can this unit interface with a datalogging computer?

This unit does not have any interface outputs to plug into. Unless you use external sensors.

Can this power supply be powered off/on under load (24vdc 250 watt brushed motor) ?.

If the rush current of your motor does not exceed 10amp I believe that this power supply will work well
