The brace stayed put remarkably well on my knee during active cardio exercise. My immediate concern is that the backside of the brace, where it meets the back of the knee, can be very uncomfortable when attempting to bend the knee at all. HOWEVER, this was 100% alleviated by placing about 7 tissues, folded in half, onto the back of the brace before strapping it on my leg. It still stays in place great, gives plenty of support, and is now completely comfortable to use. Without the tissue padding, I would rate this product significantly lower, maybe 2/5 stars, as it's downright painful to wear if the knee is required to move. With just the simplest bit of padding however, it's perfectly what I need, and the tissues absorb sweat while I work out, allowing for more uses between need for washing or airing out. Great brace, just plan accordingly.

I've tried many knee braces for the past 15-odd years and this is my favorite because you can adjust the tension above and below the knee rather than just putting on a sock and hoping. The gel makes doing kneeling exercises more comfortable. It does slip a little bit on a naked knee but it stayed in place quite well over thin pants and it's easy to adjust. It supports the joint and cuts down the pain. I wasn't sure whether to get the smaller or larger size as a 5'6.5" 150lb woman but the large works fine.

I bought this brace, because of problems with the two other major brand knee braces that I have. While I need support and range limitation ... those big / traditional knee braces grab my knee cap, cause more pain and discomfort. Plus my leg is too immobile to be practical. So, this brace is lighter and very open. There is nothing going across my knee cap. My knee cap can move freely. I get some support, and a decent range of motion which allows me to gently do stairs, sit down at a desk, drive a vehicle, ... in a normal position. But it also reminds me not to kneel down, or bend too much, or maybe to some sideways movement. My only issue has been the skin irritation and itching from the part that goes behind the knee. It is quite unbearable, especially around the edges. I don't know how or why. I solved this irritation problem by folding a handkerchief over that section of fabric, before putting the brace on. Since then I have comfortably worn the brace for 24 hours. Nothing unsightly while wearing long pants, but in the summer, with shorts on, that white flag would look rather goofy ... so I would have to find a small square of dark fabric.

This knee brace provides great support and definitely helps relieve my pain. When I wear it around the house with shorts, it stays in place and feels amazing. However, when I tried wearing it to a serving shift at a restaurant over my skinny jeans, it just wouldn’t stay put. No matter how tight I adjusted it, it kept sliding down or bunching up in the back, which was frustrating. It might work better when worn directly on the skin, but I wish it stayed in place over clothing as well. Overall, it’s a solid brace for light use but may not be the best option for more active situations.

It works to keep the Femur in place....I wish it came in flesh color for ballroom dancing. Comfortable, light weight, easy to slip on and adjust.

This product should be priced in a much higher price point. I have tried multiple type braces including one higher end and this brace does the job. I have not received a free product and this review is my own. I have a hairline fracture in my patella, a torn meniscus in same leg I've already had 2 repairs and probably some arthritis as well. I received the brace yesterday and I put it on, expecting for the price it was NOT going to do the job. I was shocked and surprised to find it is doing what it promised and that was to stabilize the knee and provide support on the sides of the knee. I immediately felt the difference, but wore it all day and didn't even realize I was wearing a brace! It is super comfortable and the back of my knee did not sweat, like many of the pull-on versions of the knee brace. This brace has two adjustable straps and is easy to put on in a flash. I almost wore it to bed, because I have a lot of pain and mornings are the worst. This brace is sturdy (even though there are no metal portions) and the material is rugged, yet light and I'm going to order another brace for extra replacement should I need another (for the other knee). I am so happy to find this brace and at a bargain price. I am the type of buyer who reads reviews and those can sometimes sway a decision to buy or not and that is why I'm writing this review. By the way, it is designed in two sizes (I wish they made one bigger than their large) and seller provides how to measure for correct sizing. I guessed and took the larger size which measures (their measuring guide) exactly the dimensions indicated in their description and it was just right. I do think that a person that is close to the 12" dimension around the knee (from just below and wrapped around knee to the starting point- using a tape measure) may find that the hook/loop closures may not be enough. It would definitely fit most women and it would be a tight fit or unable to attach (the top strap)- I found it to be a very comfortable brace and as I mentioned at the beginning, the best product for my issues and definitely underpriced- I'm buying another one right now!

Easy to put on, invisible under jeans. Supports knee well. No pain!

hyper-extended my knee while working around the house. These knee braces are comfortable to wear (over 12-hours) and provide good support. Even though my knee issues are now resolved, I continue to wear these if I am expecting extended hours of standing and walking.

I was using a pull on neoprene knee brace which felt restrictive. This brace gives me good support and I can adjust for comfort.

Aparentemente es sólida y controla bien la rodilla. Todavía desconozco si con el tiempo perderá adherencia, pero por ahora va muy bien.
