Great value for a reliable product

I've taken vitamins nearly all my life -- I remember taking children's vitamins as early as age 6 and I'm currently in my sixth decade. When it comes to health I listen to my son's advice as he's always been very health conscious. He asked me what kind of vitamins I took (as he's never known a time when I didn't) and I told him I'd recently changed over to a brand made here in the USA. I sent him a copy of the label and the next time we talked he said he was really happy to see that I was taking methylated vitamins as they are better absorbed by our bodies - hence, serving the purpose for which we take them. The one I was missing, however, was folic acid which he told me I needed to be sure to get enough of. I checked on line and found this product. I sent him the name of the product and supplier. After speaking with his trainer he said it would be a good product to use. I've been using it ever since. I'm on my second bottle and am assuming it's doing what it's supposed to as when I had my annual with all the blood work and bone density tests, the doctor said I was in great health and should keep up with whatever I was doing. Nothing like getting a thumbs up from your doctor (assuming he/she is someone you trust)!
