Can anyone who has recently purchased this spatula verify that it is still 11 inches?

sill 11 inches? Mine did not shrink in the dishwasher so yes still 11" :) (including part of the loop on handle)

I am wondering if the bend in the blade is gradual like with a Batter Beater, or a sharper bend, more like a crease?

More like a batter beater. And I have to tell you that I use this spatula more than any other tool in my kitchen tool drawer. And I am going to treat myself with another one.

In the product desc. it says "12 x 3". How wide is the spatula part?

Sort of a trick question because the spatula is angled. I'd say that the working surface is roughly 6" by 3" tapering off to 1 1/2" at the base. Chef Sun

Is this ambidextrous? Can it be used left-handed?

It certainly could be used left handed. I am guessing with the tip slanted down to the left, that it was made with the right hand in mind. However, I don't see why it couldn't be used with either hand. Hope this helps.
