my daughter met with a special nutritionist and she recommended this product. My daughter mentioned to me since I have suffered from bowel issues and constipation most of my life. I figured can't hurt, so decided to try it and it really works. No pain, no diarrhea, just a gentle move as the name suggests. Been using it for over a year and I now just take one pill each night. My Dr. Has seen the ingredients and said it's safe to take with my medications! If you experience occasional constipation I would also recommend you look at their lower bowel stimulator for relief!!!
