I love these! I know they aren't very deep at just under 3.5" but I only wanted to put toys on them, action figures and figurines, not anything large like a cable box on or blu-ray player. I had been looking for an above-the-TV shelf for a while but the only ones I saw were a bit too pricy for me ($34 + shipping) and bolted on to the VESA mount points back of the TV which limited them to specific TV sizes. These only cost $18 for a two-pack with free shipping and they work great!These fit perfectly right on top of our TV and my monitor, and stay put without any screws or bolts. It has a slight plastic lip which hangs over and pulls against the front of the TV as gravity tries to pull the shelf down, then there is a flap in the back underside of the shelf which ratchets down until it makes contact with the back of the TV at an angle, at which point you lock it in place. Gravity pushes this into the back of the TV and there is rubber grip attached to the bottom of the flap to stop it from sliding down. To top it off, there are sticky-yet-non-adhesive gel strips underneath the shelf that stick it to the top of the TV without forming a permanent adhesive bond so it can still be easily removed at will. Such a clever design!I also love that you get two shelves for half the price of one VESA-mounting shelf, so I was able to put one on our main TV like I wanted then put the other on my computer monitor so I could get all the little things I keep on my desk up and out of the way (ChapStick, pad of sticky-notes, USB flash drives, etc). For this shelf, I tried using it without pulling the protective plastic off of the sticky gel strips just to see how it would work and it works great. I put a bunch of stuff on the shelf and nearly a week later the shelf is still completely stable.We've been using both of these shelves for just about a week now and there is no signs of sliding or warping. The one on my monitor gets warm because my monitor gets very hot, so I wouldn't recommend putting a chocolate bar up there. My ChapStick becomes really soft but it doesn't melt unlike when I accidentally leave it in the car on a hot day. Anyway, I highly recommend them and expect I'll order another pack in the future... assuming someone doesn't get it for us since I put it back on my wishlist.I hope you found my review helpful, please let me know in the comments if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement. I bought the first set for my home office to clean up some real estate on my desk top. I had a small sound bar for my computer setup that didn't have a good home. These looked perfect and there were two. I use 3 monitors so two are useful. I love them, long story short in adition to my home office I have two other offices I work out of regularly. Each has 2 monitors so I bought 2 more sets.They install easily on my very thin computer monitors. It takes longer to remove them from the packaging than to install them. The sticky pads on the front edge is a great touch. They secure the front edge well and the adjustable "leg", for lack of better description, adjusts easily and locks in place securely. It's a well thoughtout design.These are designed to give you a place for knick knacks, small electronics, or all of the little stuff that collects on a desk top. It is not a shelf for your priceless plate collection, it has a limited load bearing capacity. For what it is designed for it does a great job. It comes in basic black and blends in well with the monitor enclosure or that of a black TV.They hold my stuff and are very unobtrusive!

perfect for my web camera - it otherwise blocks a piece of my monitor that has "stuff" on it that I need to see and click.Perfect solution for me and its very affordable

I totally love this product. To be honest the price is really good and you can use it to put usefull stuff there or simple decorate.I put it on My TV and it is the perfect place for the controller because it simple fits perfectly, I usually don't know where to put if after I watched TV and now I found the placeBut then I put it on my Monitor and it is THE BEST decision ever. I can decorate it with geek stuff and even put there my PS4 controller and fits perfectly. I also now have a better place were to put my airpods.The material is hard plastic and it looks strong enough. Also the support is really handly and if you want it has some glue on the bottom if you want to fix it better to your tv or monitor. In my case I am not using that and still works amazing.Totally recommended

Wasn't sure how strong this monitor tray would be. But it is pretty sturdy. I moved my laptop docking station (a small 3x6 inch device) to the stand. By moving the docking station I could hide a bunch of cables behind my monitor. It also made it much easier for me to turn it off and on, which I need to do sometimes when it gets confused and needs to be reset. I did have my monitor on a monitor arm versus a stand. I had to tighten the hex bolts a bit to hold the extra weight on the monitor, but other than that, I am very happy with the size and fit and purchase.

Sturdy enough to hold a stapler and tape dispenser. I have dual monitors at work, so I ordered a second set for the second monitor. They help me maximize my workspace while keeping necessities nearby.

After replacing my traditional work desk with an electric standing desk with no drawers, I needed someplace to put miscellaneous "stuff" I always keep around the desk. Pens, day-by-day calendar, pictures, etc. Placing these shelves on top of my monitors has allowed me to declutter the limited workspace and keep things within easy reach.The adjustable hinged feet have several set detents that allow you to select from multiple angles. They are easy to adjust, and have a locking mechanism so you don't have to worry about them suddenly slipping out of place.The silicone grippers on the underside of each shelf also ensure that the shelves will stay put and stable. No worries about the shelves sliding around with a slight bump and dumping your items.
