makes a 480p wii look actually playable! used this alongside a wii to component cable (same brand), and then a component to HDMI adapter to connect to a capture card and use on my pc. works phenomenally! although there is a bit of a brightness issue, i’m unsure of the root cause; especially considering the amount of cables i have connected to the wii in the first place haha. OBS has a brightness tweaker, so i don’t find much issue with it. tldr; if you want to play older consoles in higher definition, i’d highly recommend :)

I have purchased a few component cables from HD Retrovision and without a doubt these are the highest quality component cables I own. They have worked flawlessly. I needed to extend my cables for one of my consoles and this HD Retrovision cable did the job perfectly without any loss of quality. I know these are the extension cable, but any cable from this company is high quality. If you own an older console and want to get the best picture out of it, HD Retrovision is the only way to go.

The guys at hdretrovision are great. I have had zero issues with their support or products. If you need HIGH quality cables, these guys are the ones to go to. I have been slowly replacing my cables in my video game console setup with their products. Don’t mess around with “budget” cables. These really aren’t that much more. Great bang for your buck.

Cables are well color coded for extending my PS2 cables. Good quality, but a little pricey.

The cable is great, plugs well constructed. Plugs housing are a bit more solid than typical, so unfortunately won’t fit into tv without removing from wall.
