OK - first things first - this is the second spring mattress I've owned, but the first from Comforto. The first one got damaged due to the fact that the house I was staying in didn't have a proper approach to bring the mattress in - so it got damaged and over time, it deteriorated. The point being, I knew what I was expecting from a pocket-spring mattress. I've been using the Comforto mattress for about a month now, so I can safely say that I have enough data to make a reasonably informed opinion about the principal features and the comfort-level. What works: 1. It's built quite well. Seriously well. The previous spring mattress I bought was directly from a manufacturer - so I know the construction of a pocket spring mattress and what to look for, in terms of build quality. The foam on top is dense, so the chances of the springs poking out are near-zero. The fabric used is also pretty nice and of good quality, so that adds. I like the black contrast and the grey sides from a design perspective - adds to the look and made me smile when I first took a look at it. 2. If you have not installed a spring mattress before, PLEASE do not try it yourself - get someone to help you - this thing is very, very heavy and can be a pain. I was able to install it myself and the installation was reasonably simple, especially with the video in the product description and the literature sent along with the package, but it does require two or more people. Also remember that this mattress is rectangular - so aligning the mattress to the correct orientation is VERY important. It is difficult to rotate after you unpack it. 3. The promises - of good sleep, pain relief, and comfort. The mattress lives up to it. I have a spinal injury, so I wanted a mattress that would help. Where most of the so-called "orthopedic" mattress made from latex failed, this one succeeded. As for good sleep, my backpain has also given me insomnia - and over the past month, I've gone from a 30-year historical average of 5 hours of sleep per night to about 7. It is PRETTY SIGNIFICANT! As for comfort, I expected the mattress to be very comfortable, having used a spring mattress before, and it was comparable (meaning MUCH better than coir-form and latex mattresses). 4. The mattress BREATHES! Again an expected quality in spring mattresses but the most important aspect of mattress-breathing is that it remains cool. It doesn't get warm during summers and neither does it get too cold during winters. Something I REALLY like about spring mattresses. 5. Should be the first point, but then again. The mattress was vacuum-compressed and rolled when delivered. The package was wrapped in woven HDPE fabric (standard for bulky and heavy packages). The mattress was packaged in a thick plastic (needed for vacuum compression), and after rolled it was wrapped in thick cling-on film upon which the HDPE fabric was used as a final cover. Needless to say there wasn't a scratch on the inner plastic, meaning the mattress was safe during transport. Additionally, the rolled-up delivery meant that it could have been delivered through the narrowest of passages, making it easy for different types of houses. Good stuff! What doesn't: 1. It's not really a con - I mean you can't want to buy a truck and complain that it weighs 10 tons. This mattress is HEAVY, at about 45-50 kg for a 72"x78" mattress. Do not expect that you can move it on your own. 2. Your cot needs to be sturdy. I am saying this because my previous cot did get a little wobbly after I put my old spring mattress on it. Please make sure you buy the right cot. 3. There could be a little more cushioning along the edge - as of now it is comfortable, but I know from experience that there is a VERY thick wire that holds the frame to which the springs are mounted. It runs along the edge of the mattress and it can dig into your thighs if the cushioning wears off. This, I might be able to confirm only after a couple of years, but hopefully, Comforto has considered this in the design of the mattress. Overall verdict: Go for it. It will last you a lifetime even with kids (or adults) jumping on it. It is comfortable. It allows you to sleep peacefully. And most importantly it fulfills the promise of an Orthopedic Mattress.

Metress is perfect in size as i was mentioned in order, quality is too good, I have ordered this 2nd time due to its comfert sleep, initially it was little bit hard but after a use of month n onwards, it gives u a desire sleep quality. I have given this review after 2 month of usage.

Bought the bed in March 2021, Writing this review on Dec 2022. By now the bed has started to sink and I could feel the spring or whatever pricking in my pelvic and should region. Rotating the bed no more helps. Developed problem in my lumbar and cervical bones because of this bed. Had to shell out lot of money for medical treatment. This is not a great bed for long use. They have one of the weird and worst customer care support, after chasing for more than three weeks got a call back while I was in a meeting and thereafter could never catch them. You can see my earlier review/feedback when I bought this bed, how happy I was but now I regret my decision. Got to know that you’ll have to invest minimum 40K for a good bed or else these kind of beds will get worn out in an year exactly after the warranty is expired. Pls be mindful about the fact that 11 yrs warranty is a lie, warranty is for 1 year and remaining 10 yrs it’s pro-rated warranty which means you’ll have to pay for the repairs. Was using bonel spring mattress for a month and got back pain. And wanted a bed very Badly to get rid of back pain, as I earlier had an Repose pocket spring mattress in in-laws house I went for this mattress blindly, but was a bit skeptical as I was buying it online, but by God's grace everything went well. It takes 2 weeks for the bed to come in its complete form. Stinks very Badly in the beginning. Throw the plastic covers, they too stink allot. But after 2 weeks the smell went off. Comforto called and confirmed the size then they send the bed. FedEx delivered the bed, but two ppl didn't come, one man came carrying the bed with great difficulty. Felt sorry for him. It's damn heavy. Happy with overall experience. Probably rotating your bed every month will help you overcome this problem. I sometimes can feel the springs when I kneel on the bed. This not a bed which will suit to sit and work as you'll see your bum sinking in and your legs popping out. It's purely for sleeping purpose only. It can be used only in one side, don't try flipping it upside down. Considering the price, it's an OK kind of bed, but not the best. A good pocket spring mattress will cost you above 40K.
