What size would i need im size 20

You would need either L which goes to a size 22, or for comfort you could get XL. I hope this helps.

Are these still OK to wear after large leak, or do they feel uncomfortably wet?

Very absorbent, not uncomfortable when wet, however, i would still recommend a change as soon as possible,

How do these feel to wear? I cant wear pads or liners as i find them itchy so wondering if these feel just like normal pants or are quite thick &heavy

I used them for the first time yesterday. I am definitely NOT going back to any other. They are really soft, not too bulky and leakproof. I will continue to use them and it is good to be able to purchase them from Amazon
