I dunno, but it is suspect when the order is expected to take 30-45 days to arrive.

Q: Anyone have tips on how to open? Its nearly impossible!

Two methods I have used - 1) Use an under-the-cabinet mounted jar opener. Works very well. 2) Clear a space at the front corner of one of your kitchen drawers (a top drawer). A space large enough to sit the bottle of pretzels in the drawer. But first, line the space with either a couple of pieces of non-skid shelf liner material, or any of those non-skid rubber jar openers. You want a piece on the bottom of the drawer, and a piece up against the two sides that form the front and side of the drawer. This way you have three points of contact for the jar to sit and resist turning while you're trying to open it. Now sit the jar down in the drawer on top of and against the non-skid material, close the drawer up against the jar, pressing against the counter. If you have to, and for more support, you can hold the drawer tightly closed with your hip. Now you have two hands free to open the jar. If it's very stubborn, use another piece of jar opener material on the lid for better grip. Additionally, tap the lid with a wooden kitchen spoon, or anything else non-metal, to set up a vibration in the lid which will make it easier to get free. For future use, you can leave the small pieces of jar opener material in that drawer for opening heavy jars of pasta sauce, a large jar of pickles, or any other large cumbersome jar that's not easy to open. I have used this method for many years due to a disability, using a wheelchair, and having limited hand dexterity. It works very well. Plus the drawer supports the weight of the heavy jar while you open it. Hope this helps.
