Amazon Basics Apple MFi-Certified USB A Cable with Lightning Connector, Premium Collection - 6 Feet (1.8 Meters) - Single - Silver

I purchased the Amazon Basics 3-Foot Lightning Cables (12-pack) mainly to keep extras around the house, in the car, and at the office—and I’m really glad I did. Each cable is MFi certified, so I’ve had zero issues with compatibility or weird error messages on my iPhone or iPad. The 3-foot length is ideal for desktop or nightstand use, and while it’s not super long, it’s more than enough for charging in most everyday situations. I was surprised by how well-made they feel—the connectors are reinforced, and the cables have held up well after months of daily use. No fraying, no loose ends, and they still fit tightly into both devices and wall chargers. This bulk pack is a real lifesaver if you’re constantly misplacing cables or just want to stop moving one charger around all the time. I’ve also handed a few out to friends and coworkers, and they’ve all worked flawlessly. Small note: If you're expecting ultra-fast charging, keep in mind these are standard USB-A to Lightning—not USB-C or fast-charging cables. But for regular charging and syncing, they work just fine. Bottom line: sturdy, consistent, and extremely cost-effective for anyone in the Apple ecosystem.

Better than genuine Apple cables in my opinion. These cables are built to last. They’re nice and rigid in the spots right at and behind the Lightning and USB connectors so they’re unlikely to get separated there. I have 6 of these, none of them have had any troubles. I’ve had at least 10 Lightning cables die in me in the past three years, so to have these last as long as they do, I’m sold on these. I don’t plan to use any other cable as long as these are available. One of the biggest problems I’ve noticed with Lightning cables is the metal contacts on the Lightning connector tend to corrode or deteriorate. Rendering them useless. None of my Amazon Premiums have exhibited that issue. The price is excellent for the quality of the cable. Works with my iPhone 7 and my daughters XR. My daughter is extremely rough on her cables and she hasn’t managed to kill one of these yet. I have these in my cars and in several locations around my house. These also come with a nice Velcro strap, which I don’t use for the intended purpose. Don’t waste money on genuine Apple cables. You can get two of these for the same price and they’re at least as good if not better.

I hate how Apple's default cables break all the time, it seriously drives me notes. I grabbed a 10 pack of the 6 ft on black Friday because I was tired of never having cables that work. Now I've thrown out all of the broken cables from Apple. These also work with carplay and are MFI certified, so that is a plus. Black looks better in the car as well. They are stiffer than the Apple cables, I'm assuming because they are more durable. Time will tell, but for now they definitely feel that way. You can see in the picture how they are stronger and stiffer, reinforced at the end.

It is a great product in that it works for various iphones. Good material that is durable and flexible as well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because for my iphone I have a thicker case and the cord doesn't fit into my case unless I perfectly angle it right

Purchased March 2020 These cables have lasted longer then any other cable and I’ve tried MANY. My wife is VERY hard on cables, she notoriously pulls cables out of her devices by the cord, not the head. So they all end up fraying or separating. She has not destroyed these yet. I’m responsible for equipment purchases at work and now that I’m satisfied with these cables I’ll be stocking them. UPDATE March 2022 I’m still using my 2 cables everyday for the past two years and they look and held up great. My wife’s was in the same condition but today my cat knocked her iPad off her table when it was plugged in. It fell full weight of the tablet and zagg case right onto the cable which split it apart and snapped the metal end off as it came out. Ugh! Wouldn’t you know, they are no longer available. I so wish I had bought a bunch of these.

Very excellent product. I’ve been using this for several months now and I’m impressed. Compared to the similarly priced basic Apple branded charging cable you can get, the value here is incredible. The cable actually feels like it’s protected and high quality which is strange for an Amazon basics product. I’ve been using this for several months now and it’s still as new as when I took it out of the box, with no cracks, splits, fraying, or any type of damage. It’s essentially a nice, hard plastic with rubber wrapped around the base of the plug to prevent damage. Works well! I’m going to buy type-C in the future from them

I work in a field that requires me to be on the move all day long. I purchased these 4" cables so I can charge my phone with an external battery pack in my pocket. One concern I had is whether these would work with my Pelican Marine series iPhone case. It is similar to the LifeProof cases in that the charge port needs to be very small. These worked perfectly. They are a great length for charging something in your pocket, and the quality & durability is comparable to the Apple cables if not better.

I've had the 6-foot cords for a few weeks and they are working flawlessly so far. They are nice-looking. I almost mistakenly bought the 4-inch because I thought it was 4 feet. I'm glad I caught that and read the description carefully. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. (Psalm 34:3-5) Update September 2022: one of the cords works only intermittently. Too bad it didn’t last longer.
