How long does this product stay in your system?

I have no idea but for me I don’t feel effects strong enough to leave a hangover, if that’s what concerns you. I do remember my dreams more when I use this product.

I see that taurine is one of your ingredients. that is used in redbull to keep yopu awake and give you energy . how can that help you sleep ?

Taurine is an amino acid. I don't know if it can keep you awake. I had very good help with this product at one time. -Then, I don't know if its because they changed ingredients (it was just some small changes, cant remember what exactly), or maybe their supplier, which affected the product??? Or, if it was just me. ... But I had to stop taking it, as I was having bad anxiety/ worse insomnia. -Though for a LONG time, it DID help. ... So, again, I don't know if it's ME, or the product. I think they have sample bottles on their site, or maybe even on here. Maybe it was iherb or vitacost (check and see). You could try it and see if it works for you. I only ever took one at a time. The MOST was two, but not that often. -Sometimes only one half (but you have to chew it up, which tastes very bad, lol, or risk it getting "stuck" going down , or scratch your throat). I tried it again, but not for very long, as I just seemed to again have problems. I felt very bad. I had used it regularly and my sleep had been improving a lot. -Though maybe it was my diet. As I do better when I eat healthier, but struggle with that. Again, don't know if it was me, or what. Sometimes I think it was the GABA in it, as it can cause problems in some people. -I don't think it was any of the other "herb" type things in it, as I do take/ have taken them, and have not had problems. -GABA is the only one I have never taken. And I think it's because I read it can cause anxiety in some people ... Though I don't take taurine as a stand alone, though I think it's in my multi. But I don't think I have ever read it can keep people up. ... But you can try looking that up and see. All you can do is try it for yourself, I guess. : ) ~Cathy C.
