I use this when I don't want a full pot of coffee and when I travel. The pods are all I've used in it although it comes with a basket for grounds. Just pop in the pod, fill it with water, put your mug underneath and turn it on. Delicious coffee in minutes. I use a larger mug so I remove the rubber mat and it fits perfectly. I don't understand why people pay through the nose for one of these when a reasonably priced coffee maker like this works perfectly.

I returned it without using and had to pay $14 to ship it back. They offered 10% refund if I kept it, but my Collection of Starbucks mugs wouldn’t even fit. Cheaply made and too small for my mugs.
